A full-running version of Employee Appraiser 3.0 can be launched from Austin-Hayne's Web site (URL: www.austin-hayne.com) without having to download the program. Austin-Hayne's latest product, Employee Appraiser 3.0 allows large corporations to easily use electronic versions of their evaluation forms while utilizing the award-winning appraisal writing and coaching software.
Employee Appraiser has also added significant features to its word processing, including OLE 2.0 support and standard e-mail format support. Now performance statistics, objectives, and results in the form of spreadsheets, word processing documents and even multimedia can be inserted into Employee Appraiser. In addition, appraisals can be automatically routed to other individuals via e-mail with Employee Appraiser's MAPI and VIM e-mail support to solicit peer and multi-level feedback, and to obtain signatures.
Austin-Hayne has recently updated its Web site to enable its customers to try a full-running version of Employee Appraiser without having to download a trial disk onto the user's desktop. The Web launching application was integrated by InfoCraft of San Mateo, Calif., using WinFrame software from Citrix Systems, Inc. Use Netscape Navigator 2.0 or greater to properly view Austin-Hayne's Web site. Employee Appraiser 3.0 is available in a retail version, with a list price of $129 and a corporate edition, called the Best Manager Edition.
The Best Manager Edition of Employee Appraiser 3.0 incorporates additional 'best practices' memos and documents to help managers write development plans, job profiles, job objectives and other performance management tools. The list price for the Best Manager Edition is $249 and is available directly from Austin-Hayne.
